Brass out for the season

Chris Brass

Chris Brass will miss the rest of the season after damaging his groin during Saturday's game at Boston United.

The former York City gaffer was replaced after 38 minutes on Saturday after further aggravating his groin, an injury that will now require surgery.

Speaking this morning, shakers gaffer Chris Casper said:"Chris Brass put his body on the line for us on Saturday and he will now need surgery to correct it.He had an injection before the game but unfortunately he will now miss the rest of the season."
