Some of you may remember that over 13 months ago, I informed the club that my business, my wife and I were under police investigation following allegations that had been made.

Unfortunately, that investigation is still on going, even though my wife, members of my family, senior staff and my self have not been interviewed of charged.

The time has now come for me to put all my commitment into resolving this strange situation for the benefit of my clients, staff and family.

I would like to thank the fans of the club who have given us great support, the staff at Bury FC and the board of Directors at Bury FC.
