Marcus Richardson and keeper Cameron Belford both signed for the club on Friday and their arrivals at Gigg Lane were confirmed early on Saturday morning.

Keeper Belford was released by Coventry City at the end of last season and featured in two of the Shakers pre-season games on trial, after doing enough to impress the Shakers management team, the 19 year old former Coventry player has agreed and signed a twelve month contract.

The experienced Marcus Richardson, also a pre-season trialist, made his full debut for the club on Saturday when the Shakers came from behind to snatch an opening day victory at MK Dons.

Richardson has signed a month to month contract with the club.

Marcus Richardson takes squad number 25 whilst Cameron Belford takes number 30
