Chris Casper comments on media article regarding working relationship

"I've always been open to the idea of the new structure when Keith Alexander came into the club, and I said at the time that if it was right for the club, then its right for me.Keith and I are working closely together to move the club forward, we discuss the team and tactics together on Thursday and Friday before every game, we also discuss everything that goes into the preparation of every game very closely."

"If Keith and I can work more closely together, then we will do, but perhaps we can't get any closer than we are at the moment."

"If people don't think that this is a close working relationship, then that is there opinion.I couldn't involve Keith or any of my staff any more than I do at the moment."

"Any final decision is always mine, but ultimately it is a team effort.Keith has brought three or four players to the club and I've been more than happy to take Keith's advice on those players.

"Dave Challinor and Andy Bishop have both come out and issued statement in the last week stating how solid and unified the camp is.Now is the time for everyone, players, staff and directors to stay together and move the club forward."
