The club can confirm today that Nicky Adams has rejected the terms offered to him over the summer, and has accepted a contract with League One side Leicester City.

As Nicky has come through the youth system at Gigg Lane, and is under the age of 23, a compensation package will be due to the club.It is likely that this package will be confirmed at tribunal.

The club would like to place on record their thanks to Nicky Adams for his service to the Shakers and we wish him every success at Leicester City and his future career.
