The Round Two Draw will take place on Sky's Soccer AM programme on Saturday 6th September at approximately 9.20 a.m.

Ties are to be played week commencing 6th October 2008.

Round Two of the competition for clubs from League 1 and 2 will see the Northern and Southern Sections being further divided into East and West regions. The following clubs will therefore play in each section in the first round.
