As reported in the media on Sunday morning, Chris Wilder has left his position as assistant to Alan Knill to take over the hot seat at Oxford United.

Chris joined the Shakers on 01 July after being let go from crisis club Halifax Town as assistant manager.Now six months down the line, Chris has taken the opportunity to get back into club management with Oxford United.

Chris signed the paperwork on Saturday evening and was revealed to the press soon after.
