The Shakers will make the annual trip down to Radcliffe Borough on Monday 13 July with a 7:45pm kick off. This game is part of the 'Newsquest Cup' including games with Radcliffe and FC United of Manchester. The date for the FC United game is yet to be confirmed.

Kevin Blackwell will bring his Sheffield United on Saturday 25 July with a 3:00pm kick off.

New Oldham Athletic Manager Dave Penney will bring his Latics side to Gigg Lane on Saturday, 18 July for a 3:00pm kick off whilst the Shakers will travel to Fleetwood Town's Highbury Stadium on 01 August, again with a 3:00pm kick off.

The latest to be confirmed is the 'Newsquest Trophy' game with FC United of Manchester on Wednesday 29 July, Kick off 7:45pm
