Represent the club on the BBC

Posted on: Wed 09 Dec 2009

The BBC will be announcing a new regional football programme on 10th December.  They are producing a trailer for the shows and have decided they would like to continue the current Football League campaign and feature club furry mascots.

Therefore, the Shakers woud like Robby the Bobby involved.  Unfortunately, our regular incumbent of the said large head is unavailable for this opportunity.  We therefore need an urgent replacement to represent the club as Robby the Bobby.  Efe Sodje has already volunteered, but manager Alan Knill has inisted that he attend the training sessions!

The film is likely to be shot week commencing Monday 14th December and will be in London. Depending on timings, there may be the requirement for you to stay over on the night.  The hotel will be organized and paid for by the BBC's agency, Red Bee Media.  If required, will you be able to travel down the day before and stay overnight?
