Each week the Official Football League website will bring you the Team of the Week. Produced by the Press Association, the Team's of the Week feature the eleven top performing players from each division from this weekend's matches.

Notts County and Rochdale both secured their promotions at the weekend with wins over Morecambe and Northampton Town respectively.

Lee Hughes scored twice for the Magpies in their 3-0 win earning him a place in this week's Coca-Cola League 2 Team of the Week.

He is joined by Dale defender Scott Wiseman who helped his side secure their 14th clean sheet of the season.

Bournemouth closed in on the third and final automatic promotion place with a 2-0 win over Darlington. Brett Pitman scored the second goal earning his place alongside Hughes in attack.

Torquay United made it three wins and three clean sheets on the bounce with a 3-0 win over Grimsby Town which saw Mustapha Carayol and Nicky Wroe both named in the Team of the Week after they were both on target.
