Before leaving Gigg Lane for the final time on Wednesday, Richie Baker popped into the press office and asked for the following to be placed on the Official Website.

"I've thoroughly enjoyed my four years at Bury and have made many friends both on and off the pitch.  I cannot leave without thanking all the Bury fans that have supported me during my time here, also to the many friends I have made along the way and to all the staff at Gigg Lane.

Thank you everyone, it's been a great part of my career and I will look back fondly on the time I had as a Bury Player."
