Shake up for Shakers Youth

Posted on: Fri 04 Jun 2010

Following months of exhaustive behind the scenes work, Bury FC has successfully completed an in-depth Strategic Review of its Youth Section, which as a result of consultation and talks between all parties, will now be coming under the auspices of the Community Trust.

This is a very positive step forward for the club in ensuring that boys from the Centre of Excellence, plus Bury FC Scholars, will benefit from the best possible coaching, facilities, and opportunities available to ensure that in the future there will continue to be a strong and steady progression from the clubs youth system into the men's first team.

Everyone at the Club is very excited with the results of the review, and we are looking forward to the new structure developing and producing positive results over the coming seasons.

As such, Bury FC Community Trust are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and hard working individual to oversee the Youth department within the Trust. This is a unique opportunity to develop the Youth Department of Bury FC which sits within the Community Trust.
