This seasons Johnstone's Paint Trophy first round draw will not feature Bury after we were handed a bye into the second round.The 1st Round Draw will take place on Sky's Soccer AM on Saturday 14 August 2010, with all games to be played week commencing 30 August 2010.

As usual, the competition has been regionalised as follows:-
