Shakers Player Apology

Posted on: Sun 22 Aug 2010

Bury Football Club would like to apologise for problems which led to many Shakers Player subscribers being unable to get match commentary on Saturday.

The football club's commentary team were providing a full and normal service throughout the fixture against Northampton Town, however, technical service providers Perform in London suffered faults throughout the day which led to many suffering log in problems.

The football club is disappointed that a premium content service was unavailable to fans at a key time due to problems from an outside company.

Any subscriber who has been unable to receive the commentary due to this fault must contact Perform via email at customerservices@performgroup.com.

The club will be in contact with Football League Interactive on Monday morning in order to seek an explanation on the above.
