Andy Parrish was given the rest of the week off after his sickening collision with a concrete wall on Tuesday night; Chris Casper updates us on his condition.

"He took a whack on the head and spent the night in hospital, he went through all the scans and tests and they all came back pretty clear, and that's a massive relief to be fair, because he did take a real whack."

"He had a big concussion and he couldn't remember the previous couple of hours, but hopefully he will be ok now and he will be back training next week.  We've had to be very careful with him and we gave him the rest of this week off.  We have to be very careful with head injuries."

Andy should be back in training on Monday.
