"It's been quite a good week. Obviously, a little disappointed we didn't get more out of the game on Saturday, but the lads have bounced back well. We are beginning to get back into the swing of things now. The youth team had a good result on Saturday, but I was disappointed that the reserves didn't get more out of the game on Wednesday against Tranmere even though they deserved something".

"It has been a good start to the season, but we are not getting carried away. We've got some good points on the board and lads have to carry that momentum into the next game. I think Saturdays match was the best example of a game of two halves I have ever seen. We didn't do so well in the first half, but in the second half we played fantastic, and we should have won the game really".

"Andy Bishop has the kind of personality that lifts the whole team and the fans when he comes on the pitch. He always has his different coloured boots and different hairstyle every week. He gives the whole team a lift, and obviously he is doing well on the pitch as well. Whether he starts on Saturday or not we don't know. He has his last course of injections on Sunday, and after that I expect him to be fully fit. It has been difficult for Bish; he has worked hard all through pre-season".

"Glynn and Andy were a good partnership up front last year, and they have a good relationship with each other. I think Glynn's performance on Saturday is one of the best I have seen him make at the club, and I felt for him because he really deserved a goal, but he will start scoring again and we can just hope that he can go on one of them scoring runs he had last year".

"I think that over the last two seasons I guess you could call Wycombe a bogey team, but we have to remember that a couple of seasons ago they had a twenty match unbeaten run, and we were the ones who gave them their first defeat of the season so we've got to go there and play positive and we have to continue our good start to the season".

"It's a new season, so the defeats we had against them last year don't mean anything, and things have changed considerably since then so there is a chance we can build on our run and keep our good start going. They have a decent playing surface at Wycombe and the fans create a good atmosphere and we are going there confident, and if we put in a good performance it will give us a chance".
