We defended well and stuck it out at the back but in the games where you don't play particularly well, you have to take a point out of it and I'm disappointed that we haven't done that.

Wycombe is a tough place to come to, they have some good quality players here and I would have thought that there was one of the pre-season favourites to go up.

We didn't start particularly well and weathered the storm for the opening spell. It's disappointing.  We got them in at half time and had a good chat about what we had to do, I thought we started the second half a little brighter and we did have them on the back foot, but we didn't have enough to get the opening goal.

Andy Mangan had a good chance, but I have to say that we were up against it with the officials, I thought they were shocking. There was a shout for handball and a penalty. What else can you do, everybody stops waiting for the referee to give the penalty.

It was like that all through the game, he never gave us a decision. Officials are there to help each other and when the ball goes out of play it has to go to one of the sides. The referee has pointed one way, and his officials have ignored that and given it the other way.

We are a determined kind of team, we stick in there and we are solid at the back.If we could have just had that little bit more composure and another touch of the ball, an extra pass?Sometimes we just lashed it away, and not just the defenders, it was all around.

Wycombe's Tom WIlliams caused us too many problems for a left back. For the goal, the ball came in the box and we've got caught wrong sided.Andy Parrish has been caught, and its tough on him, but he's young and its how he deals with that now."
