A good week for everyone
"It's been a great week for us, the fans and everyone associated with the club.Hopefully we can continue to keep people smiling. The support for both games at Rochdale was magnificent, and even on Tuesday it was quite surprising because there was that many there, but the atmosphere was great for both games."
"I asked myself a question - which of the two pleased me both!Saturday was massive for the result and the three points, but the performance for 90 minutes on Tuesday was fantastic and it gives you a lot of pleasure when you are giving people debuts.People like Domaine Rouse, although it wasn't his debut, and Ricky Anane. We gave them the chance to go and show what they can do and they both went out and succeeded in doing that. You put the two games together and it was a great feeling for both games."
"Keith Alexander has been on the bench with me for the last five games, and it's great that he is there. We've always said that have to work as a team.We are a team and the changes that we have made have been very positive and for these five games, they have worked and we need to continue to make sure that they do work."
"We've done well at Notts County in recent years and I know the players know that.Maybe you get a feeling for certain grounds, but certainly in the last two years and since I took over we've had a draw and a win at Meadow Lane, so if we continue that way we can get some points from the game on Saturday."
"Five games undefeated is the biggest positive I can throw at the lads at the moment, they all know that anyway, but the challenge when you do on a run like this is see how long you can keep it going. It's a different kind of pressure than having gone five games without a win, but it's a good pressure to have and one that the lads have to deal with."
"We had it last year when we won six on the bounce and to keep a run going like that is a good kind or pressure to deal with. It's better than the other kind."
