Chris Casper reflects on the past week and forward to Saturdays game

"The mood is very positive at the moment and confidence is high.We have to make sure that the last three games count for something and that we produce those three performances' again on Saturday. If there's one missing though, it's a clean sheet."

"The penalty last weekend was very harsh on us, but hopefully that's round the corner now and it will be nice to give Jim and the defence a clean sheet to build on, but they have been excellent and they've stuck in there and we've been defending ever so well."

"Its not bothered Jim that he's not had a clean sheet yet, all keepers like them. That's their aim and goal. He's not made a big song and dance about it.So long as the team is doing well, that's all he cares about, but it would be nice for him to get a clean sheet."

"We were excellent last weekend, once we had the first 20 minutes out of the way.It was very frustrating from the side, we weren't defending as we should have done as a team, we weren't attacking as a team but once we changed one or two things around and altered the formation a little bit, things became an awful lot better for us."

"Nicky Adams has matured since he became a father, and he got a surprise for his birthday this week with an Under 21 call up.It's that kind of thing in football, one thing happens, then the next and so on.Hopefully he can keep that going and he can reproduce that confidence that he has got, but the big thing for me with Nicky is his maturity."

"It was a pressure situation last week, even at 2-1 up but a third goal would have killed it for us, but he stepped forward and with a lot of experienced players around him that could have taken the penalty, he stepped forward and finished the job off for us.That's confidence; I don't think there was anything else.Twelve months ago, you would have through is he right to take the penalty, but when he took the ball last week, everyone was confident that he would score."

"Nicky is the butt of most of the jokes in the dressing room, and he doesn't do himself any favours with his fashion sense. He's come in with some shocking outfits on recently and the lads have caned him for it.I think he enjoys being the butt of the jokes, because it's usually him that starts things off anyway."

"The positive feeling around the club is great, and its things that you can affect. You can affect being positive and having the belief and confidence. It does start with the results, but when you get the results, its important that you react in the right way and that you win in the right way.The lads are keeping their feet on the ground, but we've also got to give them a little bit of slack and let them enjoy them selves, because its taken a lot of hard work to get there."
