Rather pleased....
"I can't explain why it happened, I'm just happy that it did. I have got to give full credit to the players, they have been magnificent for whatever I have asked them to do.
"The performance wasn't that different from the one at Peterborough, it's just that we scored tonight.
"We could have been 5-0 up in the first half. We were solid, we broke the play up and worked really hard tonight. Within the team we have some great attacking players but the important thing for me tonight is that we defended very well as a team.
"We had to be patient because sometimes the opposition have got to have the ball. But we needed to keep our shape. It's then about how quickly you break and pass the ball, we did that as well as we have done since I have been in charge.
"At half time I knew Brentford would do something. They changed their shape and went with three up, broke forward quickly and put us on the back foot. They got the penalty. I couldn't see it but Efe Sodje has said he handballed it.
"But then at what would have been 3-2 - Darren Randolph makes a great save. If that had gone in, it would have been really close. Even though Andy Bishop makes it four in the end with a great finish, that save won the game for us, really.
"I'm really pleased for Bish. There is a lot of speculation around him, but he is a real good lad to have in the dressing room and works very hard for the team.
"There was his hard work - he scored two great goals tonight. The first, he just got his head up and dinks it in and then there was a great chip over the keeper for the second.
"I hope it stays this way, we have to build on it. Since I have been in, it has been steady progression. Sometimes the performances haven't given us the points we probably deserved.
"But the important thing is that we are performing pretty well. I know we have got players who will score goals so that eventually those performances were going to turn into points. Tonight was probably the biggest result since I have been here."
