"There is nothing you can do about Tuesday night now, it's happened.  All we can do is try to put things right for the next game, so that's the idea.  We've spoken about it, we've watched the game again and it's not really a training ground thing.  It's a mental thing.  All we can do is highlight it and make the players aware; hopefully they will take it on."

"Taking 30 points of Luton is and was ridiculous.  They are more or less saying that you are relegated.With 10, 15 or 17 like Rotherham and Bournemouth - they have a chance.  Minus 30 is really difficult.  They need ten wins before they even start getting points.  It's ridiculous and it's not fair on Luton now.  I know at the time that it was another board.  You have to look at who is there now.  They have tried everything to turn it around or put things right, but 30 points is ridiculous.  It's diluted the league.  Rotherham and Bournemouth will be looking to finish third from bottom.  That will be a good season for them.  It's such a big ask for the team on minus 30 points.  Obviously I hope they get out of it - after Saturday of course."
