"I'm happy with the point at the end of the day, though obviously not happy with the way we conceded the goal. At one stage it looked like we were never going to score but when we did, it was a pretty good goal to get the equaliser. We will take the point; it's another closer to where we want to be."
"We've had two tough away games in Morecambe and now Lincoln. Obviously we want to win games, but we will take the two points. As I've been saying since I came in, if you can't win - don't lose and we haven't lost."
"The second half was difficult for us. This isn't an excuse, but the pitch was lively. You couldn't pass the ball with any real pace like we wanted to but I have to say this, the players were fantastic again. The easy thing is to just get it and smash it and let the two bit centre halves head it, but we didn't, we passed it really well and showed some good movement to lead to the great finish by Bish."
"Their two centre halves were heading a lot of balls. We work the ball and the easy thing is to panic when you go a goal down. You can't panic, you have to be confident and have the ball, move it around and we did that."
"We worked really well to get the ball into some areas, and then probably when we could have got it in, we too a touch too many. On a couple of times, somebody has just got to take hold of it to smash it and shoot. At times there was a little bit of over play, but the result at the end is pretty good for us."
"Bish took a whack for the goal as well and he's got more tape on him again, but it was a great finish. He probably had four pretty good chances today, and if you give him four chances, you know that he's going to take one of them."
"They had a good chance to win the game in the second half, it was pretty poor by us and I don't know how many times I say it but when you're playing against ten men, you are chasing the game. There's no need to chase the game. You have to keep the shape and move the ball around the pitch to stretch them."
"We did that, but we chased the game for a second and all of a sudden they got their chance. Thankfully he didn't take it, but we will take the point."
"The red card incident, the first one was a pretty poor challenge. But you just cant get involved in anything two minutes' after. Jacko (Peter Jackson) and Iffy (Onuora) are saying that Cressa pulled him down. He might have done that, but we think that he struck Cressa when he was on the floor and that's obviously why he's gone off with a red card."
"From an experienced player as him, I would have thought he'd be disappointed. If you give away a foul two minutes before (on Sodje) and then get involved with another one, the chances are that you're going off the pitch. I thought the referee was pretty lenient, there were challenges throughout the game, but he was lenient."
"I didn't see much of what was going on the bench, I was laughing too much, bit it did liven the game up. It was pretty dull upto then. It would have been easy for us to finish the game with ten players, but we didn't, we kept the discipline very well and just got on with what we were trying to do which is play football. In the end we got our reward with a really good goal."
"Danny Racchi is quality, he's like Steve Haslam and Richie Baker. He's waited a long time to get his chance. He was excellent on Tuesday when he came on for Elliott and on Saturday at right back, he gives us a lot going forward, when he does get forward, he gives us a lot with a quality delivery."
"The good thing for us is that we have those players that once they get in the team, the really want to show how good they can are because they haven't really been given the chance, but I thought he was excellent when he came on, he gave us an impetus going forward."
