"It's been another good week for us and we are undefeated in five now, but it didn't look like we would be until Sodje came out with that fantastic header. I was delighted when that went in because it didn't look like we were going to score. We had good chances throughout the game, but in the end it was a fantastic delivery and a great header as well."
"To lose on Tuesday night would have been really difficult to take, especially after watching the game and it was us that had the better chances. We didn't lose and again I have to give credit to the players, they were fantastic again."
"The four draws do make it frustrating, if we had taken wins in all four, we could be further up the table now. Obviously we want to win all the games. The frustrating part is that we had chances to win the games, but that's just how it is - that's football. The good thing is that we haven't lost. You look at the results that are going on at the moment. A lot of teams win and then lose. It is kind of up and down."
"We are not winning games, or we haven't won the last four, but we are not up and down, we've stayed in the same place and we are pretty steady, our performances have been pretty good. Sooner or later, we are going to smash somebody. Hopefully that's coming and the sooner the better. As always though, I have complete faith in the players. They have been fantastic and they have got us to this position
"A lot of other results are going for us at the moment. I do look at things like that but I know that whilst they are going for us, they can also turn against you. We can't influence what others do, we can only try to influence what we do and for us to be where we are is fantastic."
"On Tuesday I said that the play offs were not part of the plan, but if somebody had said to me before the start of the season that we would be in the play offs, I'd be delighted, but because of where we've been and how close it is, they are reachable and while we're in the position we are, you have to aim as high as possible therefore automatic promotion is the aim. That's where we want to be. That's what we are working hard to get to so while we can we might as well go for it and try our best to get automatic.
"The Chesterfield result on Wednesday night was a welcome result. Two great goals from Jack Lester.I sent a text to him after to say thanks very much; I know he's only doing it for me.You look at Chesterfield and you know that they have the squad and players, and maybe they are the ones that creep into the play offs. It's going well for them and fortunately it's worked out well for us. They beat Rochdale."
"I don't think we need to fire the lads up. When you look at what's at stake, if you can't be motivated for seven games to come then there's something wrong.I haven't seen any signs that they haven't been motivated for any of the games so I don't suspect that it will be a factor in what's to come for us."
"With Phil Jevons now with us, we have four good strikers here, It's not been that good for a long time.If you look at all the teams around us, they're doing exactly the same so I just think that it gives you the opportunity, like we did on Tuesday to change two strikers by putting another two on. It gives the opposition something else to think about. These are not kids or players trying to make a name for them selves. These are players that have proven themselves at this level or at higher levels. I think it's a real strong position for us to be in."
"Saturday's game is tough. I keep on saying it every week, they are all tough games. You look their form; it's 3rd in the league. Since Eddie Howe has gone in, he's done a really good job. He's taken Steve Fletcher's back there as well and he's somebody I know pretty well. "
The game at their place, is one of those that I can you can put on one hand, we were poor. They were good but we were poor and we gave away two poor goals. It could have been more. We were lucky to come away with just a two nil defeat."
