"Last weekend we were comfortable throughout the game, and dominant in the second half.  We started the game really well, scored the goal and continued to play really well.  We needed another goal soon after the first but seemed to step back a little bit.  It could have easily gone the other way, but in the second half, the second goal killed the game off."

"Hursty is enjoying himself at the moment as well, he's on fire.  In training on Thursday he was smashing them in from all over the place, we just hope that continues on the field now."

"The play off's are not that far off now, it's brilliant to have that confirmed but in-between that we have two really important games.  We will get through Saturdays game first and see where we are, then hopefully get through the Accrington game, see where we are and then take it from there."

"We are in a three way fight for one promotion place now.  Its one from us, Gillingham and Exeter.  I'm not so sure that Wycombe are out of the frame.  It's really tight and it could go either way but they have put themselves into a great position with their win against Luton."

"Not many people saw the Dagenham result coming against Brentford.  They are a good side though plus it is a really tough place to go to.  They are also hitting really good form at the moment.  They had a dip earlier in the season, now we see their form coming back and it could be Dagenham that get that last place in the play offs.  I was surprised by the score line the other night.  I didn't expect Brentford to concede three goals but I always expect Dagenham to win because John Still has a capable side."

"Dagenham have sneaked into the final place now, but there are some big teams that are not in there.  The two teams that have spent big money, the two money teams that everybody thought at the start of the season would be there.  Many had Shrewsbury, Bradford and Wycombe as 1st, 2nd and 3rd - but two of them are 8th and 11th. It's disappointing for them, but it's not my problem."

"The mood around the club is excellent at the moment and I still do not see any signs of being tense or nervous from the players.  I gave the players Monday off this week and training on Tuesday was excellent and the quality from them was really good.  After the training session on Thursday, there's no sign of any tension at all.  Everything we are doing is the same as we have done, we are doing nothing different and they all seem to be exactly the same."

"As for Gillingham on Saturday - what don't we know?  We know pretty much everything about them.  They are a good side and probably one of those teams with one of the biggest budgets in the league; they are fifth in the league and should be up there.  I think they should be involved with their big squad.  It will be a tough game, but the good thing is that we've played them twice already this year."

"We narrowly lost in the FA Cup and won comfortably in the league.  We know they are a good side, but we are capable as well.  The target is three points, or if we can't get three points, just get one - don't lose - that's the biggest."

"Absolutely no way do I want to get updates on others game whilst we are playing, really because it's a waste of time.  If somebody tells me that Exeter are winning, I'm not going to do anything different.  I trust my players to go and do their jobs.  I'm not interested in things like that."

"We don't need to win this game, we need to not lose and take it to the last game, then we will see pressure, but the good thing for us is that we are at home.  We've been excellent at home, ever since I've come here and we know that we have nothing to fear when playing at home.  We have to try and take it to the last game."

"To all those fans travelling down on Saturday - thank you, you've been fantastic all season, especially away from home.  Every time we go away, there seems to be more and they seem to be more vocal.  You have your part to play on Saturday and hopefully we can give you some thing to shout about."

"Let's take it to the last game still in with a shout of getting promotion."
