This is frustrating for me and it must be frustrating for the players.  We set up exactly the same every for the second half as we were for the first half, but for some reason, they want to do there own thing.  That second half is how I play; we've played like that for the last 15 months, it's been no different and when it comes into our half, we compete and we make tackles - that's the reason why we don't concede, or we didn't last year because we are a solid unit.  I don't like to think that the 1st half performance was my team."

"Their first goal was again too easy, even though he did finish it well, it was too easy for them to score.  The second came from our free kick at the other end.  We were screaming to get two of ours of the ball and it doesn't happen, they clear it and off they go.  It is just basic, it's frustrating.  If you watched me and Brassy in the second half, we must have looked like a pair of idiots just shouting all the time, it just needs someone to sort that because we cant do it all the time, even though we do."

"I'm disappointed with the first half performance but I will take the second half.  We were good in the second half and it's about being disciplined, that's the system that has been proven out of possession, so don't mess with it.  They can't do their own thing, just do exactly what we are and we will be ok."

"Just do what you are good at, we don't ask anybody to do something but what they are good at.  It's as basic as possible and that's the thing that disappoints me most. I said about the goals on Saturday that there are some areas that I demand players to be in when the opposition are on the ball, we didn't get that and there's the first goal on Saturday, even though it was a great strike, he should not be getting the ball there so I was disappointed with that.  The goals again on Tuesday are pretty disappointing."

"Some of them are concentrating on their own jobs - this is a team.  Usually it's a team that stops you from losing.   We've based everything on the fact that we don't concede, but at the moment, its too easy and its always going to be an uphill battle after that.  I will take the second half, against a really good opposition, I thought we were pretty good for the second half but I just cannot accept that first half.  Its just not how my team plays."
