"Mike Jones has suffered from 'bone bruising'.I don't know how many times I've heard that this season. He got the knock two weeks ago when we trained on Astroturf, but in-between that he's played two games, then he was rested and on Monday I find out that he's not fit to train.I'm not happy about it but there's not much I can do about that.Bone bruising seems to be the worst injury of all time at the moment, every player that has been injured has had some sort of bone bruising - what ever it is."

"I've been told that it could be days, or weeks or even months.Ryan Cresswell has lost the crutches and he is driving again, but it's going to be around 4 to 6 weeks.Andy Bishop and Damien Allen is now three weeks and we'll probably be looking at January. It's been a long time and I keep saying two weeks but the important thing is that when they do come back, they are in the right shape and it doesn't happen again."

"Danny Carlton has started running but at the moments all he has been doing is strengthening work. There is very little that he can do at the moment and its just strengthening and mobilisation, working on getting the foot moving."

"The weather is shocking at the moment and we are struggling to train anywhere. It's not ideal when you want to do some work with the team, and especially the back four.We just haven't got the space to get some work done."

"The conditions on Tuesday night were horrendous, but the pitch was in fantastic shape. It was cold, wet and windy but that's pretty much what we've been training in recent weeks, but despite the conditions, I thought we played well up until around ten minutes before they scored. We had chances to pass it and didn't.We kept giving it away and as a result it cost us."

"I scored two own goals as a player and its not a good feeling, but to be fair to Futch, he's running back, the ball gets crossed and he's just trying to out his head on it to clear it.There's not much you can do about it, the bit before it we can do quite a lot about. We've looked at all three goals and we could have done a lot better with all three of them."

"It's a brilliant offer from the club to make it kids for a kid on Saturday, and a great chance to hopefully show new supporters what is going on here. It's good to see all these new ideas coming into the football club. They are new ideas and we have to try them, it doesn't hurt."

"Getting a bigger crowd in is sometimes more important than getting money through the gate.We are speculating that they come and enjoy it, and stay with us.It can't just be a one off, it has to be done now and then and keep them coming back. The hopeful part of it is that they keep coming back because we are playing well on the pitch."

"I want a reaction on Saturday. It's the next game and it's stating the obvious. The game cannot come quick enough at the moment.A 3-0 defeat doesn't look good but I thought we were the better team in the first half.We had a good chance in the second half but they went down and made it 3-0."
