"It's been a good week and a good month; hopefully we can finish the month off on Saturday with another decent result."
"Ryan Cresswell has trained and came through the session ok and hopefully there has been no reaction from the session to the injury so that's one back. Damien Allen is also back, he made the bench on Tuesday night but now needs some games under his belt. We do have another behind doors friendly next week and he will play in that, but if we really needed him, we can throw him on for the final ten minutes or so, we will wait and see on that one."
It's just good to have two players back. Andy Bishop is close, he has the scan on Wednesday afternoon then he will be back from 01 February. It will take a couple of weeks to get him ready, but if he is back for 01 February, then I see no reason for him to not make the bench and we can introduce him that way."
"Andy has said that I will think we have signed a new player, that's great - I can't wait. To be fair, it will be like signing a new player because we haven't seen him, we haven't really had him on the training ground. Just all of a sudden the quality gets better and stronger. Danny Carlton is off to Lilleshall for a week. We are looking at the middle of February to get him back, but again he needs some games so hopefully by the end of February, then he will be back as well. He's done well and will be back playing a lot sooner than we expected."
"We've done really well after the run of games that have been called off, we've dug in and pulled some results out and the two wins have put us right up the table. It doesn't matter if you're at the bottom or the top; it lifts you - now it's about staying there."
"Tuesday brought us another win, although we didn't play as well as we can, but there were some good things to take from the game. Bradford also played really well. You look at their team and it is a very good team and a good squad. People forget that it is Bradford; they are probably the biggest club in the league. We won the game, that's what we get paid to do - win games. It could have been more, we could have made it comfortable and made it more but we didn't.In the end they threw everything at us but we came out of it with three points. It can't always be the great performance, sometimes you have to dig in and we did."
"Andy Morrell is really enjoying his football at the moment, he is really enthusiastic. He's not our youngest player but he just wants to train and do everything that he possibly can. When you put him on the pitch, that's what he is like. He is really mobile, enthusiastic and he was unlucky not to score on Tuesday. He put one over the bar then had one cleared off the line. I just like what he brings to the team, it's an enthusiasm and an endeavour that really leads from the front. He is a really good example to the younger players."
"David Buchanan is approaching his 24th birthday, yet on Saturday he will make his 200th appearance for the club. It's good for him; he's been good for me since I came in. Didn't have the best start to the season but has been switched from left to right and back to left back. He's a good defender in a one v one situation and I think he is only going to get better."
"I don't stop the lads talking about being third in the table, that's where we want to be. The target is to be as high as we possibly can in the league. Considering what we have been through in the first half of the season, the lads have been fantastic, the first half has gone and this second half is now, its really important. It's 21 games to have a better season than last year."
"Hereford on Saturday will be a tough game for us, it was a tough game at their place though we did play really well in the second half, they are a good side and they do have some decent players such as Marc Pugh on the right wing, he is doing really well for them. Leon Constantine up front is a handful, Matty Done on the left wing as well. They are a good side going forward. It sounds boring but they are like every other team, they are all good sides and if you are not on your game, you will lose, as Rotherham found out on Tuesday."
