Saturdays game was a very enjoyable game to play in and we've possibly been a bit hard done by, but credit to Rochdale, they are not up there for no reason, as players and management we wish them all the best, hopefully they can achieve their hopes and dreams by going up through the play offs, good luck to them, they've deserved it and they've worked hard, they've been consistent all season and we just wish them the best."

"Rochdale are where we need to aim for.  As a team on the three occasions that we've played them, we've been as good as them, but over a season consistency wise we haven't, but under the new gaffer, we have.  We've shown promotion form and we've shown promotion ability.  At the same time though, you have to temper that and temper expectations. It's a start for us."

"We may have looked better man for man, but it's over a full season, not one game.  The gaffer can take great comfort in what he has achieved and the way that he has pushed us forward, the way he has made us hungrier and the way that he has made us come out of our shells in the way that we are performing."

"You have to take a lot of pressure off the gaffer because we've had a lot of loan players as well and it could be very difficult to replace those players, so we have to be patient with him and give him time."

"I think that every time the gaffer has called on me, I've produced for him.  The only time I would say I was disappointed with myself was probably Barnet away.  I'm quite happy with the contribution and what the gaffer has asked me to do."

"I don't know about next year yet, we may sit down Tuesday and talk about it.  I don't know if we are sitting down and talking or saying our goodbye's at the moment.  You wake up in the morning and take on the challenges that face you. We will have to see."

"I enjoy my job and I enjoy coming into work and working hard every day, I especially enjoy working the way that the gaffer has gone about his business.  The thing is though is that we've all got our ideas; we've all got things that we want to do, that's me, the gaffer and everybody.  We will wait and see, I'm open minded, you can't be close minded."

"You can see that things are happening here and you would be a fool not to want to be a part of that, but obviously it will take a few partings for everything to come together for that to happen.  It's like anything in life, people who become successful and are successful, have more people around them, and they create more interest around themselves, purely because of the success that they have."

"The only way for us to get more people through the gates is by winning games regularly home and away and getting up that table.  It's a challenge that the manager needs to overcome and address.  Alan Knill is a very realistic fellow, he's not over the top, he's not over rational in his thinking, and he's very thoughtful in what he does.  He's a sound guy, he's honest and everyone gets on with him."

"There's lot of players out of contract soon, the only way we can affect it is by the way you train, the way you play when you get out onto the pitch.  That's what you get judged on, you go out and you try and do your best every game and every training session, that's all you can do.  Whatever will be, will be.  Work hard, make sacrifices and see where it takes you."
