"Hopefully that was a fantastic game to watch. It was end to end and I sure that every spectator will have been happy to watch a game like that, but we are disappointed not to have won it. You have to give credit to Notts County - they are a good team and you can see the quality that they have. They have quality throughout the team, with Akinibiyi and Westcarr both coming off the bench. It was a tough game but it's a point towards where we are going. Roll on next week now and Shrewsbury."
"We did well and set off like a house on fire. Goals from the team were good and we all know that we could have done better plus Brownie pulled off a few great saves as well and they think they will be lucky to get the draw in the end. Notts County came at us and we all had to dig deep. I'm delighted to have scored but just a tiny bit disappointed that we couldn't hang on for the three points."
"Even at 2-0 up, we were hanging on and they showed just what a kind of a team they are. All credit to them, they came at us when most teams in the league would have said that it was game over, but they came at us and we showed some good fighting spirit. We came out on top well in the second half for the first 15 or 20 minutes and did well again, but gradually they got back into us. Overall I think it was a fair result when you look at it, it was end to end and we are a bit disappointed not to have won the game."
"For my goal I heard people saying don't shoot, but it just opened up, I took a lucky strike and it ended up going into the back of the net. Believe it or not, it's not the best goal I've ever scored, but it's up there. I got a better one than that a couple of years ago. All my family were over so that's one for them and its nice for them to see it. The main thing was the team's performance, we did very well and everyone dug deep."
"Danny Nardiello did well to say we've only had one training session with him. He came in and he was involved in everything. He scored, he set up another, and how his other shot didn't go in with stopping in the mud. We are all running off celebrating including myself, when I turned round they are playing on, but it goes to show that the pitch was heavy. The weather wasn't great but I thought both teams played some great football on a very difficult pitch."
"It's stopped the rot from the two cup games but more importantly it was how we started the last two games. The gaffer has had a word with us, we didn't start well enough against Aldershot and Accrington Stanley, but the first half on Saturday, in the first 20 minutes we flew at them and tore them to shreds so that was the more pleasing thing in how we started the game."
"You can't complain, I'm sure everyone is happy with the game but we are just a tiny bit disappointed that we didn't hang on for the three points. All credit to Andy Morrell as well because he's had two training sessions; he played half an hour on Tuesday and a full game on Saturday. We are digging in, the manager is doing the best he can and getting Danny in has turned out to be brilliant. We are back in on Monday and we will prepare for Saturday and Shrewsbury."
