For the month of March, supporters will be able to purchase their 2009/10 '125th Anniversary' season ticket at this seasons special offer price.

In the past the club have offered season tickets at a special rate for around a three to four week period, and then gone onto extend that offer for a few more weeks.  This year though, the offer will last from 01 to 31 and will not be extended.

Current season ticket holders will receive their application forms and letters through the post on Friday or Saturday.  Over 1,000 applications' have been sent through the post.

Also, supporters are being given the chance to make five regular payments starting from March and ending in July, with each payment working out at 20% of the value of your season ticket.

The club is about to launch a new contact management system and anyone applying for season tickets are asked to fill all fields in within the application form, especially your email address.  This will greatly enhance the clubs communication in the future with all supporters.  The club can also confirm that any details entered into our CRM package will NEVER be passed onto a third party and these records are being held to enable us to better communicate with everyone.

Speaking to Shakers World on Thursday, manager Alan Knill said:  "I'd buy a season ticket because it's pretty good entertainment.  Since I've been here, we've played 53 games and lost only 15.  We are going the right way and playing the right way, which I think is important.  I think this club is moving forward, but the thing for me is that the club has to move forward together.  It can't be just the team, and then everyone else catches up.  We have to do this together."
