USEFUL INFORMATION

EARLY BIRD

You have until the 31st March 2011 to take advantage of the early bird ticket offers.

CONCESSIONS

ANY of the following concessionary season tickets purchased will require proof of status;-

Senior Citizens—Aged 65 years or over (on 01 Aug 2011)

Junior Supporters must provide proof of age for the following ages

Under 5s—Under 5 at 01.09.2011

Under 11s—Under 11 at 01.09.2011

Under 16s—Under 16 at 01.09.2011

Under 21s—Under 21 at 01.09.2011

Under 5s may enter any area of the ground FREE of charge

APPLICABLE CHARGES

Debit and Credit cards will be charged at £3 per transaction. Monthly Payments—add £10.00 per ticket for administration costs, payment must be over five consecutive months (March 2011 to July 2011).Failure to comply will result in the agreement being cancelled and loss of deposit (first payment).Season Tickets must be paid in full before 31 July 2011.

LOST OR STOLEN SEASON TICKETS

There will be a charge of £10 to re-issue lost or stolen season tickets.

FAMILY STAND

The main stand 'Family Enclosure' is for home and away supporters.This area is for Family's ONLY.In accordance with The Football League's "Enjoy the Match" campaign we ask all supporters to respect the terms and conditions of the Family Area.

CHANGES FROM LAST SEASON

Season Ticket holders will no longer be allowed to transfer to other stands for an additional fee.Ticket vouchers at the rear of the book will no longer be available to exchange for £5 junior tickets.Ticket vouchers can only be used for official club promotions as and when advertisied.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Bury FC reserves the right to request 'proof of a disability' before issuing a disabled season ticket or membership.Such proof shall include one of the following:

• Receipt of the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component);

- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance;

-A personal letter from your GP confirming they are a disabled person with a recognised impairment that requires extra help;

- A personal letter from the local authority social services department that the person is in receipt of support services.

NB: Receipt of an orange/blue badge will not be considered sufficient proof of disability for a disabled ticket under the Ticketing Policies and Club Schemes for a disabled member's season 2011/12.

Forever Bury Adult Members ONLY are entitled to £5 Discount on Adult Season Tickets

LIFELINE

Lifeline discount applies to members who have paid £2 per week from April 2010 to March 2011.
