Spooky Halloween Fun – Shakers style!

30 October 2013

Don't miss out on some scary fun at today's Halloween party!

Within the next few weeks, the streets will be filled with mini ghouls and ghosts, witches and zombies, skeletons and spiders out on the street ‘trick or treating’.

To help celebrate Halloween, and so that all the Community Trust staff have the opportunity to dress up in Halloween costumes themselves, the Trust along with the Football Club are putting on their very own Halloween party.

The party will take place at the Social Club at Gigg Lane on Wednesday 30th October between 4.30pm-6.30pm and costs £6, although all children booking onto one of the Community Trust’s holiday camps for the full week will receive a free party ticket.

The party will be filled with fun-filled, spook thrilled Halloween activities as well as a disco, with fancy dress for children a must.  Along with a competition for the best dressed ghost, witch or ghoul, there will also be food and drink, all with a Halloween theme in mind, provided as part of the ticket price.

A number of Bury FC players will also be supporting the event, although it has not yet been confirmed whether they will be dressing up in their own Halloween costumes!
