Fitness coach leaves the JD Stadium
First team fitness coach Dave Tivey has left the JD Stadium for the final time seeking new pastures and further development.
Dave joined the club under Kevin Blackwell and quickly stamped his mark down as a key member of the management structure at Bury.
His work with the club also led to involvement with the England U19 squad over the summer.
Speaking before his departure this afternoon David said: “It’s been a pleasure to work for both the club and the board. The year just gone has been a big step in my personal development. The club has got a big future ahead and I will always follow the clubs progress. I will always recommend the club to anyone within the football industry be that players or practitioners like me. I would like to think our paths will cross again in the future. I want to thank everybody at the club for the time I spent here it’s been a huge step in my development in my field. I’m obviously very sad to leave but I am leaving to pursue other opportunities to further my career. I want to wish everyone a successful forthcoming season.”
All at the club wish Dave the very best for the future and we wish him well in his future career
