Barnsley’s Danny Rose Arrives at the JD Stadium

Danny Rose, a 20 year old striker from Barnsley has agreed to join the Shakers for an initial loan spell till the end of the season.
 
The Barnsley born youngster signed his first professional contract with hometown club in 2011. Rose scored twice for Barnsley last season in the Championship, against Burnley and Ipswich, and has made one substitute appearance this season.
 
Rose has recently signed a two-year extension to his current contract with Barnsley which will see him remain at Oakwell until the summer of 2016.
 
Danny will be a great asset to the squad and will be available for selection for the game against Northampton Town this Saturday and will wear the number 20 shirt for the remainder of the season.
