AGM Update

17 September 2014

The issues around the organization of an AGM have nearly been resolved and the Club is happy to confirm that the notices will be sent out this Month.

The issues relating to the delays have been caused by some historic legal issues that have needed to be rectified and in turn approved by the Football League.

There are no further delays and once all the paperwork has been received in the next few days a date will be confirmed.

We have had a meeting with Forever Bury and updated them accordingly with the reasons for the delays and look forward to making the formal announcement shortly

At the same time, we would like to thank the on going support of the fans and the local businesses in helping make this season such a positive start and with the first team starting to gel we can see no reason why we cannot make it a successful one too.

The performance last night really summed up the team atmosphere and it’s great credit to the Gaffer and the first team staff for creating such a special environment that in turn produces the type of football we want to play.

The atmosphere last night was incredible and the fans really do make the difference. It’s a cliché that used so many times, but our fans really do make the team want to perform and you really are the extra man, not just at home but away as well. We have Burton next and this really is a massive game to potentially put us in the top spot ! with that in mind we ask that as many fans as possible come to the game and bring a friend or a relative to cheer us all the way to the top.
