Club Pleased with Ticket Sales

Board of Directors pleased with Season Ticket sales ahead of a new campaign

The Board at Bury Football Club would like to express their delight at the response from supporters after season ticket sales surpassed last seasons’ figures.

With little over a week to go until the Shakers’ first home game back in League One, ticket sales are once again on the rise and it promises to be a thrilling campaign.

CEO Glenn Thomas said “Since we’ve come into the Club, attendances have risen each year.  The Bury fans are superb and we’d like to express our thanks to them for their continued and loyal support.  We’ve put together a squad that we feel will be competitive in League One and we’re sure the fans will, as usual, give them their 100% backing throughout the season.  The fans really are our 12th man and the noise they make at games provides that extra push for the players”.

There are some mouth-watering fixtures to look forward to next season, including local sides Rochdale and Oldham, the 2012/2013 FA Cup Winners Wigan Athletic and recent Premier League side Blackpool.  There is added spice against the likes of Sheffield United, Coventry City and Barnsley.

Each League game works out at only £13 for a full adult, and with special deals for concessions and families, now really is the time to be part of what promises to be an enthralling season!
