The final drop off is TODAY at 12pm...
150,000 Manchester Children are living in poverty and are not expecting a visit from Santa this year.
Bury Football Club are proud to support Key 103’s Mission Christmas once again; One of Britain’s biggest Christmas Missions to deliver gifts to children who would otherwise go without.
The Club pride themselves on working throughout the local community with school programmes, educational programmes and also working with local charities. In working with Key 103 to support Cash for Kids we are helping support children within the Greater Manchester Area who do not expect a visit from Santa this year. If you could buy one extra present this year – a gift that will make Christmas 2015 special for a child living in poverty. They are looking for new and unwrapped gifts suitable for babies, toddlers, children and teenagers aged 0 – 18 years.
Last year, an incredible £1.6m of toys were donated to over 32,000 children in the Greater Manchester Area.
The Club have been acting as a drop-off point for Mission Christmas and the final drop-off date is today at 12pm.
Business Development Manager, Daniel Bowerbank added, “Following the success of our appeal last year, we are pleased that we are once again supporting such an event with being a drop-off point for Key 103’s Mission Christmas. As a community Club and with the Club being heavily involved in community activity we had no hesitation in being a drop-off point.”
