Architect Partner Revealed

Bury Football Club are pleased to announce our Official Architect Partner Bower Mattin.

Bower Mattin are Macclesfield based architects working across the North-West, with a substantial track record of projects completed nationally and in recent years in Germany.
The modern practice, founded in 1985 by Joe Mattin, traces it’s history back to 1746 when it operated as solicitors and land agents and became architects in 1854.

They are ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited. They are also accredited to Constructionline which pre-qualifies the practice for public sector work.

Bower Mattin has a long track record of award winning architecture, designing for community and commerce. The practice has extensive experience in housing, care homes, medical centres and hospice, schools, retail , industrial and leisure buildings including Sports Grounds, stadia , and hotels. Clients have included Sheraton, Sainsburys, ICI ( now Astra Zeneca), Bodycote International, Orbit, East Cheshire Hospice and Macclesfield College. Current clients include Lidl, Persimmon, Jones Homes, Rowlinson Construction and Chorley Rugby Club. The practice has worked on nine football and sports stadia and is looking forward to promoting Bury FC and its official partners.

The practice also has an associate business, Cheshire Property Links, which acts as a development focused Project Manager matching land , investor and end user requirements and then managing the process through planning. This service is often used by land owners seeking a development or investment partner and by end users or developers seeking land.
