Scottish striker Lee Erwin arrives at Gigg for a month
Bellshill born striker Lee Erwin has joined the Shakers on an initial 28-day loan from Championship side Leeds United.
The 21 year old joined this afternoon, putting pen to paper on an initial 28-day loan from Elland Road.
A product of Motherwell’s Youth System, Lee also had a spell on loan at Arbroath during the 2013/14 season and has thus far amassed a total of 51 senior appearances in the Scottish Premier League, scoring 15 goals in the process.
Lee arrived at Elland Road in June after turning down a new contract at Fir Park, with United paying compensation for his services to Motherwell.
During his time with the Shakers, Lee will take squad number 18 and he goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s game with Wigan Athletic at Gigg Lane.
