Peter Jackson the Jeweller of The Rock, Bury becomes the latest to join the Shakers Partnership Scheme.
Peter Jackson opened their magnificent Bury store in 2010 and have keenly followed the progress of the Club since. As a family owned and run business they have worked tirelessly to develop a reputation as one of the leading jewellers in the region.
Peter Jackson offers a fabulous collection of gold and diamond jewellery, wedding rings and watches from many of the most prestigious Swiss watch houses such as TAG Heuer, Raymond Weil and Gucci and the great fashion brands of Armani, Michael Kors and Thomas Sabo.
Over the years, they have won a number of prestigious awards including UK Independent Jeweller of the Year and a number of training awards. They were also delighted to win the East Lancashire Retailer of the Year award just a few weeks after Sharon Bibby, the Manager of their Blackburn store won the coveted UK Jewellery Awards Manager of the Year.
Perhaps the most exciting award came in 2012 when it was announced in the Queens’ Birthday Honours list that Managing Director, Peter Jackson, was to be awarded an MBE by Her Majesty the Queen for services to charity.
Peter Jackson says “I have always believed in the importance of paying something back into the community and I encourage our teams to work with and support local and national worthy causes.”
Business Development Manager, Daniel Bowerbank added, "After meeting with Peter Jackson, we discussed numerous options and he has generously offered a luxurious watch for each man of the match throughout the 2015/16 season. This presentation will be selected by the Clubs Official Main Match Sponsor with the assistance of management and coaching staff. The presentation of the watch will be undertaken by the main match sponsors post-match. I look forward to working with Peter throughout the upcoming season in offering unique opportunities for Bury FC fans throughout the season; all season ticket holders have received an exclusive voucher to thank them for purchasing a season ticket."
