Exit strategy for South Stand Users on Saturday

A large police presence is expected at Gigg Lane for Saturdays game with Millwall.  Following Police intelligence this game has now been made the clubs highest ever category in terms of supporter’s safety before, during and after the game.

One change that the club have implemented for this weekend’s game is the exit route for South Stand supporters. Therefore, for safety requirements, all Bury fans in the South Stand will only be able to exit the ground after the final whistle via the Decipher Construction Stand (Cemetery End Stand) on Saturday.

The clubs aim of for supporters of both sides to enjoy their afternoon at Gigg Lane and that all fans exit the ground in an orderly manner on the completion of the game.  

Bury FC remains a family club at the heart of the community and asks that all supporters refrain from any incidents that would provoke action from the many police officers in attendance.  Bury FC will have no hesitation in issuing and supporting banning orders should they be needed
