UBU commit to Half Time Entertainment
UBU Environmental Ltd are a family business who specialise in the provision of Roadsweeper, Jetter and Tanker Hire within the North West. Their business was born in Bury in 1955, and this year introduced a new service to their customers, with the launch ‘Wet Waste Treatment Plant’ at their depot in Walkden. This revolutionary process will enable UBU to environmentally process all the wet waste which is generated through the sweeping up and collection of Roadsweeper debris.
To celebrate this new business growth, UBU Environmental Ltd are delighted to announce that they have agreed to a second year of partnership with Bury FC.
This season, UBU Environmental Ltd will focus its attention on the community and family side of the football club, and will be sponsoring an exciting new penalty shootout for your pre-match and half time entertainment. UBU Environmental Ltd will be working with Bury FC and its Community Trust to engage schools, families, and local businesses to support the young people of Bury through participation, awareness and equality.
Rebecca Murphy – Peers, Director of UBU Environmental Ltd said “As a parent who lives in the borough of Bury, we use the facilities of the Bury FC Community Trust on a regular basis both in and out of school. The staff are engaging, enthusiastic and are a fabulous representation of the Club and its ethics. It’s important that both individuals, and businesses like ours, work with the Community Trust to get our children into Gigg Lane with their families so that we create the next generation of Shakers supporters.”
Daniel Bowerbank, Business Development Manager added, “We have been searching for a local company to support the Club through Half Time entertainment. With the new Team Shakers packs offered by the Club there was no better opportunity thaN a penalty shootout for fans to win prizes on a match-day.”
