12 August 2017

The first away game of the season is upon us, but here at buryfc.co.uk, we have the day covered, with updates throughout the afternoon on various channels.

Events will really start to move from around 2 pm when we get the team sheet. The Shakers social media platforms will be the place to be at around 2:10 pm with the team news that everyone wants. We will then update our website with full team news for both Bury and Wigan Athletic.

From 3 pm, iFollow and Twitter take over coverage with key updates which will also available via our Facebook page.

For the first time ever, subscribers to iFollow Bury, that live outside of the UK can watch full, uninterrupted, coverage of the game. As it happens, you will see it. It’s one camera coverage and there is no live commentary but there will be sound from the DW Stadium enabling you to sample the atmosphere. It’s as though you’re at the game yourself and, whether you are watching in the early hours in Australia, sitting on a Mediterranean beach or following from the frozen north of Norway, you can watch the game LIVE as it happens.

International subscribers can now purchase match passes to watch the game live.

  • Season passes are available for domestic and international fans
  • Monthly passes are available domestically
  • Download the iFollow App to watch live video on your phone, search for Bury FC within your App Store

Maurice Dickson and Brian Rigby will also bring you full match audio commentary throughout the afternoon, though this will not be available on the video feed. Please note that there is a slight delay with the audio feed and it will not be possible to match the two feeds together.

During the game we will also be updating our twitter account with events as they happen - Follow us @buryfcofficial.

Following the game, we will tweet key comments from Lee Clark and players involved in the game. Video interviews will be available on iFollow late on Sunday evening, as well as our match report from the game. Ross Cooke’s Match Action Images will also be available here at buryfc.co.uk.

Monday will bring highlights on iFollow and YouTube as well as managers comments from his post match interview. iFollow subscribers can also see the full 90 minutes replayed within the Match centre

So, whatever happens during the Wigan game, we have it covered…
