Congratulations to Callum Styles, who has been recognised in the League Football Education's 'The 11'. The LFE deliver the apprenticeship programme to EFL clubs in England and Wales.
Callum was one of 11 players across the country to be acknowledged for his football and academic progress.
Callum received his nomination from LFE Regional Officer, Craig Skinner, who highlighted Callum’s continued commitment to achieving his BTEC qualification at Bury College, while also excelling on the pitch to progress into the First Team over the course of the apprenticeship.
Off the pitch, the 17-year-old has remained on track with his college work despite spending most of his time with the First Team, while he is also an ambassador for UNICEF.
In celebration of this, Callum will be awarded a certificate and a £50 cheque at tomorrow's game against Wigan Athletic.
