Following the Shakers' semi-final win against Blackburn Rovers, they will now face the winners of Fleetwood Town v AFC Flyde in the final.
This semi-final between Fleetwood Town and AFC Flyde is due to be played on 13th March 2018 K.O 1 pm.
The final will be played on Wednesday 11th April 2018, Kick-Off 7.30pm at the County Ground, Leyland, Preston.
