12 October 2018

Making the relatively short trip to Cheshire this weekend as we face Crewe Alexandra? Our Supporter Liaison Officer has compiled some useful information ahead of your visit...

Bury: Are there any known traffic issues en route to the Stadium? I.e any road closures or roadworks?

Crewe: There are no known traffic issues.

Bury: Is car parking available for Bury fans? If so, please provide details (where, how much etc). If no, information on the nearest location would be appreciated.

Crewe: There is a 564 space pay and display car park at the ground which is £3.50 to park, as well as some street parking in the vicinity.

Bury: What is the process for blue badge holders?

Crewe: We have a large car park at the stadium and the disabled bays are all round the outside of this, this car park is controlled by parking eye and parking for all is £3.50, unfortunately we are unable to reserve parking for both home and away supporters.

Bury: Please give details of pre-match venue for Bury fans (on-site bar, away fan friendly pubs etc)

Crewe: There are many pubs within walking distance to the ground which are all away fan friendly, along with various takeaway outlets along Nantwich Road.

Crewe: At the Railway Station.

Bury: What is the nearest train station to the Stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

Crewe: Crewe Alexandra is just a five minute walk from Crewe train station. Once you arrive at the train station, turn left out of the main entrance and walk down to the second left, marked with the sign Gresty Road. Then the ground is just a short walk down the road.

Crewe: A wide range of items are available, including burgers, Chase Farm pies, cheeseburgers and hot dogs, all priced at £3. There is also a range of hot and cold drinks at £1.70 and a selection of confectionary and crisps priced at 80p.

Bury: Is our drum allowed in the Stadium?

Crewe: Yes, if pre-arranged.

Bury: What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the Stadium?

Crewe: Yes, as long as they have a fire certificate.
