Find out how our Shakers out on loan got on this weekend just gone...
Joe Skarz
Joe played the full game for Halifax as they were 2-0 winners on their travels. The Shaymen’s goals both came in the opening forty-five minutes thanks to Brown, and an own goal from Birch as Joe and his temporary Halifax side left Fylde with the three points.
Scott Burgess
Scott played the entire ninety minutes in the final game of his loan spell with the Minstermen as they finished the campaign on a high. Burrow’s strike seven minutes into the second half gave them a 1-0 win at home to Telford.
Dougie Nyaupembe
Dougie was another Shaker out on loan getting a full ninety minutes under his belt with his temporary side. He helped Stalybridge Celtic to a clean sheet as they were 1-0 winners when they hosted Grantham Town. Scott bagged the winner for Celtic on the stroke of half-time.
Tom Aldred
Tom played the full game of a seven-goal thriller for Motherwell, as they were 4-3 winners at home to Dundee. Woods opened the scoring for the visitors from the spot, before a minute later Turnbull levelled for the ‘Well. Robson then put Dundee back into the lead, but only for two minutes before Scott levelled the scores for Motherwell. The hosts then took the lead for the first time in the game through Ariyibi, before Ralph levelled two minutes after for Dundee. Gorrin was then sent off in the fifty-eighth minute for the hosts, before Turnbull got his second of the afternoon for Motherwell in the ninety-fifth minute!
Harry Bunn
Harry travelled to Rochdale with his temporary Southend side on Saturday. Ian Henderson’s finish on the fifty-third minute secured all three points for the hosts, leaving Southend outside the relegation zone by one place, but only on goal difference.
Jordan Archer
Jordan was not in the Southport squad for the trip to Blyth Spartans as they fell to a 2-1 defeat. The hosts had a penalty after six minutes, with Dale converting. Platt then levelled for Southport before Dale bagged his second penalty of the game twenty minutes from time to secure the points.
