Bury Football Club can confirm that Callum Hulme has joined Leicester City for an undisclosed fee.
Callum, who had been at Man City since he was eight, joined the Shakers on a two-year scholarship in 2017, signing on professional terms in January.
He made four first team appearances last season, which consisted of a performance in the league against Grimsby and then turning out three times in the EFL Trophy.
The midfielder was instrumental to the Youth Team over the last two seasons, helping Ryan Kidd and Mark Litherland’s side to the Fifth Round of the FA Youth Cup in back-to-back seasons. It was the first time the Shakers had reached the stage for fifty-two years. Last season saw Bury go even further, making the Quarter-Finals where Liverpool got the better of the Shakers at Gigg Lane.
Everyone at Bury Football Club would like to wish Callum all the best in his future career and thank him for his services to the Club.
Good luck, Callum.
