SLO Information: Cheltenham Town

Ahead of our last Tuesday night away game of the season, our Supporter Liaison Officer has put together useful information for those making the trip.

Bury: Are there any known traffic issues en route to the Stadium? I.e any road closures or roadworks?

Cheltenham: No road works or road closures....

Bury: Is car parking available for Bury fans? If so, please provide details (where, how much etc).

Cheltenham: Parklands Community centre offer parking to travelling supporters at a cost of £4.00

Bury: What is the process for blue badge holders?

Cheltenham: We offer 2 x spaces for travelling blue badge holders in our main car park. Best to contact ticket office in advance so they can be added to list.

Bury: Please give details of pre-match venue for Bury fans (on-site bar, away fan friendly pubs etc)

Cheltenham: Bury fans are welcome to use our club bar, but it does fill up very quickly. This also offers basket meals up to 19:00 which are good value for money.
Parklands Community Centre are also happy for travelling supporters to use their bar, which is only a 5-minute walk from the away turnstiles.

Bury: Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

Cheltenham: M & S garage Prestbury Road 5-minute walk from stadium.

Bury: What is the nearest train station to the Stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

Cheltenham: Train station is the other side of town will need to take a bus to town centre, Then a bus to stadium. (good 30-minute walk)

Bury: What food and drink is available in the concourse at the Stadium? (Please attach image if applicable)

Cheltenham: Normal food ie Burgers, Hot dogs and pies. There is no bars inside stadium for travelling supporters.

Bury: Is our drum allowed in the Stadium? What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the Stadium?

Cheltenham: Drums and flags are allowed; the drum is to go to back of block 3.

Bury: What is the process for tickets on the day of the game? Can supporters pay on the turnstile or do they need to go to a Ticket Office first before going to the turnstile?

Cheltenham: Cash on away turnstiles.

Bury: What are the accepted payment methods on the day?

Cheltenham: Cash Only
