How to get your Bury FC cashless card
Initially Bury FC cashless is available to season ticket holders: Your season tickets are cashless cards. Season ticket holders can have their cards mailed to them or choose to pick them up from the Energy Check Stadium ticket office from 25 June.

Does the season card have to be registered to get into the ground?
No, you only need to register to add funds to the card. The card will automatically work at the turnstiles for entry into the stadium. 

How to top up
You can top up your cashless cards at the club shop or ticket office during opening hours throughout the week. You can top up as many times as you’d like. We will also provide online top-up facilities so that you can add credit from the comfort of your home or on your mobile.

How to pay
Your Bury FC cashless card is accepted at all areas throughout the Energy Check Stadium. Simply hand over your card when you want to pay, and you’ll be back in your seat before you know it.

What if I want to claim back my money?

You can cash out at any time throughout the season at the ticket office and club store. Cash out available until May 20, 2019.

What if I lose my card?
Please contact the club shop to cancel your card. We can reissue a new card and transfer any funds that remained on your old card. Please note there is a £5 admin charge payable before any new card is issued.

Is cash still accepted?
You will still be able to pay by cash in most outlets but expect longer separate queues.

Can I transfer my money to someone else’s card?
Yes, your credit is transferable.

Can I combine the cashless card with other payment methods, i.e. card or cash?
No, at the moment, your card can’t be combined with other payment methods.

How long is the card valid for?
Cards will be valid for the 2018-19 season.

I’m visiting for an away game. Can I use the cashless system?
Bury FC’s cashless solution is currently exclusive to the Energy Check Stadium at Gigg Lane.

My card has arrived but has the wrong details?
In this case, please contact the ticket office using or give us a call on 0161 764 4881 (Option 1) and we will quickly resolve any issues.

Should any issues arise with your selected seat, then please contact, and your issue will be resolved. Alternatively, you can call the Ticket Office on 0161 764 4881 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
